Refund Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care items (if opened) are not eligible for return.

Contact our support team at Support@affinityshoppingoffers.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label (cost may be deducted from refund for non‑defective returns).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund including shipping.
